A cocktail by Sander Delis – The Bar, Bergen op Zoom.

  1. Fill your glass with crushed ice
  2. Pour the Copper Still, lime juice, carrot juice, saffran syrup and 2 dashes of orange blossom into your shaker
  3. Add ice cubes into your shaker
  4. Shake for 10 seconds
  5. Strain your cocktail into your glass
  6. Garnish with an orange peel

50ML copper still
vodka
20ML carrot juice
30ML lime juice
30ML saffran syrup
1 dash orange blossom
1 orange peel
